I am a big Canon camera fan! In fact, my very first camera ever was a Canon AE-1 film camera.

Canon EOS M50

Canon M50 with 15-45mm lens

I have two Canon M50s – a white one and a black one. These are simply great, lightweight, and powerful mirrorless, 4k cameras.

The reason I have two M50‘s is to simplify shoots whenever I might need two cameras. Having two identical cameras will save you a lot of time in post. Plus, if one camera ever goes down, I’ve got another one set-up just like it ready to go.

Besides video production and the occasional photoshoot, I sometimes use my Canon M50 to livestream.

Canon G7X Mark III

Canon G7X Mark III

I did own a Mark II and really liked it but didn’t like the fact you couldn’t hook up an external mic. Canon fixes that with the Mark III and add lots of other cool features like a built-in ND filter, 4k, flip-up screen and the fact it’s small enough to take almost anywhere.

Logitech C920 webcam

Logitech C920 Webcam

It’s a good webcam but it’s still a webcam. You can pay more for the BRIO but I don’t think it’s worth the extra money.

I keep my webcam hooked up to my iMac (my main livestreaming computer) to use as a back-up or for anywhere I can’t use my Canon M50.

iPhone 8+

iPhone 8 and 8+

Yep, it’s my phone but I consider it one of my cameras too. The video and pics from this thing are fantastic and I always have it with me.

Oh, don’t believe the people who try and convince you that you can’t do good stuff with your phone. You can and I do.

If you have any questions about anything I use, please use the contact form and let me know how I can help.

Thanks for stopping by.
