Have you heard? GoPro has a new, uh, GoPro.
It’s the HERO 7 and seems to be the bomb.
And I mean that in a good way.
From all the early reviews, it seems to be way better than older models and at an affordable price point of $399 (US). So I thought why not give it a try?
In this video, I decided to turn an outing to the library into an excuse to test out the new GoPro HERO 7.
Some of the features that sold me on the new GoPro HERO 7 Black:
- Shoots 4K.
- Built-in stabilization that equals a gimbal.
- Better mic and audio.
- Waterproof without adding another case.
- Better touch-screen interface.
- Ability to go live to Facebook, YouTube and more.
- Better photos.
So far, I’d say the early positive reviews are spot on. At least for me.
Question for you: what do you think of the video and audio?
Also, as I mentioned in the video, this wasn’t my first GoPro. I had a GoPro HERO 5 that I used some like in this video when our little dude went to Special Olympics.
I eventually sold that GoPro to buy some other gear.
Something to think about if you’re into gear. It’s okay to let some gear go if you don’t use it to get something else you might use. Safer than just continuing to buy and keep and then get into too much debt. Just a thought.
Let me know if you have any questions about the video and if I can help you share your story with the world.
Thanks for stopping by.
