Teaching Kids with Special Needs

On some level, we’re all “special needs”. But for some, like these kids, they have needs that require more effort and assistance.

Kids with special needs need someone special to teach them and encourage them. That’s exactly what’s happening in this school and specifically this 2nd-grade class.

As the lead teacher, Ms. Brown says “look at them as children who have abilities, not as children who are disabled.” As a parent of a kid with special needs, I say, “Amen”.
